Our in-house wedding specialists, Eadie Mastronardi and Laura Schiefer, warmly create a variety of all inclusive wedding experiences that are extremely organized and unique to the needs of our couples. We are the ONLY venue offering couples a true full IN HOUSE - all-inclusive wedding packages completely customized to your specific needs, style & budget that includes the initial consultation, full wedding planning and design and a perfectly executed “Day of” coordination.

  • *Decor, Linens, Backdrops, swagging etc - Full onsite decorating services
  • *Chiavari Chairs, White Garden Chairs, Seat covers, Leather Lounge Furniture 
  • *Floral: all fresh or artificial or a variety of both - Includes: centrepieces, all bouquets, boutonnieres - Our in-house florists will create any unique floral designs using only premier quality fresh floral.

Wedding Day Coordination:

We offer a wedding day coordination second to none! Full execution of the days events and precise, flawless timing will relieve the bride and groom of all the responsibilities of their wedding day so they can enjoy every moment; stress free, worry free. These details include: 

  • Several consultation sessions (as needed) prior to the wedding 
  • Consultation with DJ/Light Techs & Couple to finalize music, speeches & timeline
  • Supervision of the wedding rehearsal
  • Confirmation of all final details; i.e. food, floral, linens, music, etc.
  • Preparation of all essential lists and schedules
  • Supervision of ceremony set up
  • Supervison and execution of the cocktail hour & reception
  • On-site direction of the wedding ceremony and reception 
  • End of the evening load out for all items including left over food and floral
